    QSR VIET NAM is operating well-known, international fast-food brands from USA, and will invest into other major fast-food franchises over the next few years. QSR-VN will grow the number of stores in both Hanoi and HCMC as well as expand into other major urban centers in Vietnam (including Can Tho, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Vung Tau, Nha Trang, etc.). At present, QSR Vietnam is investing and operating 3 brands – Dairy Queen, The Pizza Company and Swensen’s.

    Mô Tả Công Việc

    • Develop & coordinate the deployment of marketing initiatives, according to Marketing Calendar, from strategic discussion & development, all the way to communicating it to Operation (thematic campaigns, promotions, etc.).
    • Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity.
    • Assist in development of marketing plans and annual budgets and regular forecast.
    • Planning and execution on new store opening program.
    • Work closely with agencies, communication support team (Advertising, Market research, PR etc.) to execute brand experiences across touch points.
    • Partner with different functions (Operation, Supply Chain & Finance…) for on-going projects, competitors, budget phasing and media plan tracking...
    • Coordinate with LSM team to develop & execute LSM promotion & activations to push sales & increase brand awareness.
    • Coordinate with Digital & Customer relationship management team to manage brand website, fan page, customer’s complaint handling and others social activities.
    • A&P Tracking & Report.
    • Monthly activities report.
    • Sales report: weekly, monthly, quarterly report.
    • Promotion evaluation report.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Brand Manager.
    Yêu Cầu Công Việc

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in same level position, prefer candidates have experience in F&B industry.
    • Strong reporting skills.
    • Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through.
    • Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative.
    • Be able to travel and work with minimum supervision as well as a team players.
    • Good command of English in writing & speaking.
    • Has experience in organizing events, opening new stores activities.
